<p>Curious about yoga? Chair yoga is a great way to start doing yoga, as we will stretch the body in a gentle way while using our chair as support. Our instructor, Shawna, will guide you through the stretching and give you options to make sure the poses feel good in your body.</p><p>Shawna Muren is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of practicing yoga experience. Shawna's focus is on gentle and restorative yoga for adults. </p><p>No previous yoga experience is needed. Registration is required.
