<p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">Chair Stretch & Strengthen is a great way to move the body in a gentle way. We start by warming up the body and then move into movement, seated on the chair. Participants then have an option to stand (or can remain seated) for a few poses that will strengthen the body. We finish with a balance pose, followed by ending stretches.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px;">If you are curious to see if this is a good fit for you, please come 15 minutes early and talk with Shawna.
